An interactive 3D totem for Leroy Merlin

Now mobile devices are able to run sophisticated 3D applications, such as the latest generation of video games. From this comes the idea of developing an interactive totem prototype based on the iPad.

The goal is to show a room in 3D where the user can interact by changing materials and colors, adding or removing furniture and then creating the "shopping list" with all the selected items.

We decided to develop the project using Unreal Engine and extend it with the integration capabilities with the Leroy Merlin ecosystem by developing libraries directly in C ++.

Currently the project is in an experimental phase but is already enjoying success. We hope to see a future in Leroy Merlin stores.
